How many online clients can you coach well in the hours you have? Enter your weekly coaching hours and how long each client really takes.
For most online coaches the weekly check-in is the biggest single block: reading the log, doing the weight trend math, deciding whether to change anything and writing a reply. Time it honestly for a week before you trust the numbers. Leave some slack too: onboarding new clients, sales calls and content are not in this calculation.
A schedule that is full on paper has no room for a client who needs extra help in a hard week. Many coaches aim for about 80 to 90% so quality doesn't drop when life happens. That's a planning habit, not a rule.
Arithmetic on the times you enter. It doesn't know how long your clients really take; only your own timing does.
Want check-ins to take minutes, not half an hour? The Check-in Analyzer skill for Claude reads a pasted check-in, does the weight trend and adherence math, makes the hold, adjust or review call with the reason, flags red flags, and writes a ready-to-send reply in your voice.
